AShlee Montgomery
ACNP-BC
A highly experienced and compassionate nurse practitioner with over 25 years in nursing and 20 years as a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner. A dedicated specialist in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for more than a decade, Ashlee is known for her personalized, evidence-based approach to care. She has helped hundreds of clients regain balance, energy, and vitality through tailored HRT protocols rooted in both science and empathy.
Estella Jones
Medical Assistant
Estella is a highly trained Medical Assistant and compassionate caregivers dedicated to delivering quality hormonal health. She has undergone rigorous training to ensure she provides the best support for our clients and their longevity. Estella has years of experience in the field and brings that knowledge into the practice of making sure her patients always get the highest quality therapies and that their treatments are precisely tailored to their needs.
Professional Credentials
Our provider earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from University of Southern Colorado in 2002, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
She later completed a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Colorado State University-Pueblo in 2006.
She became Board Certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in 2006 and has maintained a commitment to advanced clinical excellence throughout her career.
In 2026, she achieved additional board certification through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) in Anti-Aging, Metabolic, and Regenerative Medicine.
